• Other Users — Your profile information (name, bio, expertise, photo) is visible to other users as part of the mentorship experience.
• Service Providers — We use Supabase for authentication and database hosting, and Vercel for application hosting. These providers process data in accordance with their security commitments.
• Legal Requirements — If required by law or to protect our rights, we may disclose information to authorities.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. This includes Row-Level Security (RLS) policies in our database, HTTPS encryption in transit, and secure authentication through Supabase. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as you maintain an account. Messages and conversation data are retained to provide continuity of service. If you delete your account, your profile and personal data are permanently removed. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
